     13 1. Added |silent_log| argument to |StartInstrumentation| so that output can be

     17 3. Applied the patch file patch.diff to fix a race condition and subproccess
     18    bugs in run_command.py.
     19 4. Fixed a bug where wait_time wasn't properly respected in
     20     _WaitForShellCommandContents.
