Install Visual Studio 2015 with Visual C++ 13 14 3. Add Cygwin\bin to the PATH environment variable 15 16 4. Open "VS2015 x86 Native Tools Command Prompt" 17 (note: x86/x64 doesn't matter at this point) 18 19 5. Generate header files: 20 sh -c "./autogen.sh CC=cl --enable-lazy-lock=no" 21 22 6.
